**	The part number and the serial number can be found on the carton box, or on the bottom side of the case.

Usually you can find the S/N on the back of the unit, such as Example 1 below.

However, for 12.1" models, S/N of the unit is most likely to be found if you remove the battery.

Model number and Serial number can be found on the back of the system.

To determine the manufacture date of your MSI Power Supply Products, you can:

On the unit, look for a black sticker with year and months.
You will see the year to the right of the sticker. In the example below, as it indicates on the sticker, the year of manufacture is 2006.
After determining the year, you can then identify the month by finding the number with ball pen ink marking the month . In the example below, the number “4” is marked, which makes April the month of manufacture.
After this, you can identify the complete manufacture date of this unit - April, 06. MSI warrants its Power Supply Products 16 months from the manufacture date.
