(National Software Testing Labs) Year 2000 Hardware Compliance Program is an open industry standard to verify proper date handling by PC systems during the rollover to the Year 2000. MSI has been certified by NSTL. The Hardware Compliance Program provides end-users and us with independent assurance that a PC system properly transitions to the Year 2000. Using YMARK2000, an NSTL developed testing tool, NSTL tests a personal computer for its ability to support the year 2000. YMARK2000 tests the BIOS and the real-time clock's functionality. Operating systems and applications must be tested separately. Click on the logo below to view MSI products (prior-year of 2000) that have met NSTL's test standards for Year 2000 hardware compliance. This list is updated periodically. |
