We strongly recommended use our Online Technical Support Request Form as alternative to expedite your technical request. If you would like to fax your MSI product's technical related problem to us, please download our "Customer Problem Description Form", fill it up, then fax to 626-581-7721. Before you proceed onto faxing or calling MSI Technical Support, please have the following information ready:
  • Customer type, your name, phone number, and the States you are calling from.
  • List the difficulties of our products with a valid MSI product marketing names (i.e. K7T266 Pro2) or model number (i.e. MS-6380) as well as other components.
  • State your question(s) clearly and precisely about your issue(s) as this may enhance the speed of a solution.
