It is strongly recommended that you register your MSI brand notebook products (eg. S250, S260, S270) to take full advantage of
the services and benefits that you cannot pass up. Benefits include but not
limited to a one-year limited warranty, dedicated technical support, extended warranty
purchase option, and much more!
If your purchase a MSI barebone notebook, also known as whitebook (e.g. MS-1012, MS-1013, and etc.), or a Powered by MSI system put together by a reseller, you MUST contact your direct seller to obtain Technical Support and warranty service due to manufacture policy .

Upon receiving your technical support request, MSI will verify the warranty
applied to your notebook product. It would also help us provide faster services and
solutions to you if your product registration is completed prior to your request.
Dedicated technical engineers are here to assist you with your need.
Please log in to your user account, choose the NB that you need technical support for,
and submit your request.
MSI technical support will provide technical assistance only on hardware components or the Product itself as a whole. If the Product is determined defective and repair service is necessary, MSI technical support will assist customer to obtain a RMA number for returning the defective product to MSI.
Online technical support can help us determine the possible problems in advance and
thus provide faster service and solutions when we contact you.
